For any design the process involves an analysis of existing, similar facilities along with an investigation of the community needs and thereby to develop a concept that can accommodate the requirements of all in a practical manner. The practice concentrates on fast information flow by means of e-mail and computer generated design and documentation.
To achieve this the standard policy is to research the current national and international design and development trends in both the private and corporate fields.
